Arbella is looking for an exceptional Claim Team Manager for our AutoProperty team. This candidatewill successfully lead and develop a team of Auto Appraisers in the appraisaland timely disposition of auto property claims. This position is located in our Bridgewater MA office

Responsibilities:
Select, train and develop an effective high performing team.
Provide direction, coaching, set expectations and manage theperformance of the team.
Conduct performance appraisals; recommend salary adjustment, andpromotions.
Ensure exceptional customer service and high quality work from directreports.
Successfully lead operation and team and make change in process, proceduresand structure to optimize resources and achieve business goals.
Analyze claims and management information; provide guidance to employees regardinginvestigations and appraisals.
Collaborate with managers, examiners, insureds, claimants, vendors andattorneys as needed to facilitate the appraisal process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred and 5 - 7 years of auto appraising experience
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Exceptional communication, customer service and relationship buildingskillsrequired.
MA Appraisal license and drivers license
Travel is required.
