Specifically, the RBD will be primarily responsible for ensuring RBMs enhance relationships within their respective regions through education and training of the Bank's products, and influencing partners to further engage clients in holistic financial planning discussions that review liability needs. The RBD will also be responsible for ensuring RBMs meet agreed upon production goals and provide service and support as needed.
