Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related human services field with social work experience or case management. Experience in child welfare or work with older adolescents. Ability to function successfully on interdisciplinary treatment team. Valid driver's license required. Excellent written and verbal skills including the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. Must be comfortable working in community settings. High level of personal accountability for the quality and impact of work. Must understand and Adhere to wdss/OCFS regulatory standards (familiarity with all policies and procedures and ensure they are applied.
