Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Highly successful and extremely reputable insurance agency is currently seeking a friendly and outgoing insurance professional to service clients through an established commercial lines book of business. In addition to a base salary range between $60,000-$70,000 (depending on experience) employees receive comprehensive health coverage, generous vacation/PTO, insurance designation and licensing reimbursement, metric based bonuses and commissions for all new personal and commercial accounts brought to the agency. Position Details: Support two outside producers with renewals, quoting, client questions, account rounding, and various other duties as assignedetc. Assist other departments when deemed necessary. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Responsible for account rounding, marketing and quoting new & renewal accounts Possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts. Responsibilities include: Have a \"can do\" attitude with a positive demeanor. Function as primary contact for clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must hold necessary MA insurance Licensing. Minimum 3-5 years commercial insurance account management experience is necessary Full Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and products. Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business. Develop and maintain relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors by providing excellent customer service.
