Information Management Network (IMN), a subsidiary of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, is looking for a Conference Coordinator to join their team based in New York within the Real Estate and Investment Management divisions. IMN is a global organizer of institutional finance conferences. The Real Estate and Investment Management groups produce a global portfolio of industry sized events in many areas of the financial space.

The Conference Coordinator will be responsible for logistical organization and implementation of conferences, specifically liaising with conference speakers and sponsors, and supporting our production and sales teams. The Coordinator will also be responsible for administrative and support tasks as necessary.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Work with conference speakers and sponsors, as well as external vendors, on preparations for multiple events
* Manage conference logistics including attendee registration, compilation of delegate materials and updating the company database
* Work with the hotel and meeting planner in regards to exhibit layout, speaker travel and accommodations, and AV details
* Create a travel budget for speakers, and process speaker reimbursements and honorariums
* Upload and keep the online agenda up to date
* Create signage and on-site materials with the graphic design team
* Send attendee materials before, during, and after the conference
* Set up conference calls when requested by production team or speakers
* Manage the conference registration desk on-site at events

The ideal candidate will have:

* Highly developed written and oral communications skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as needed
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Desire to learn and work as part of a team


* College degree
* 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or events role where a high level of organization was needed
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness to work long hours as necessary
* Ability to travel to conferences
* Familiarity with basic financial concepts a plus
