The Position
Kaufman, Hall& Associates, LLC, is seeking an Enterprise Client Relationship Executive who will maintain the company's existing relationships with a portfolio of clients. They are responsible for doing a portfolio assessment and developing strategic account plans in collaboration with the sales team. Client Relationship Executives serve as the interface between the customer service and the sales team. Additionally, they provide client feedback to the Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. They serve to understand the customer's needs, strategize on how to meet these needs, and generate sales for the company as a result. Key metrics are client retention, renewal revenue, and customer engagement and satisfaction.

The essential functions of the position are:
Meet the expectations of clients and establish effective relationships
Negotiate skillfully in tough situations and diplomatically gain the trust of others
Pursue everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish
Accurately scope tasks, anticipate problems and roadblocks
Handle difficult or complex business challenges by identifying the source and finding an effective solution
Ensure assigned software clients understand the value of Kaufman Hall to their business to drive high renewal rates
Manage SaaS (software as a service) renewal process and renewal contract negotiations
Achieve quarterly/annual renewal revenue targets through accurate forecasting
Effective Quarterly Business Reviews that drive client engagement, mitigate renewal risk, and create sales opportunity
Able to conduct account reviews, evaluate client health, develop and facilitate execution of action plans
Conduct regular reviews of process adoption within the system and product integration planning
Partner with sales organization to support client growth through additional sales of licenses and products
Mitigate risk of non-renewal by identifying client pain points and facilitate escalations resolution
Connect effectively across organizations both internally and externally to fully understand all stakeholders perspectives and facilitate collaborative problem solving
Provide client risk and loss data back to the business to facilitate continuous product and service improvement
Foster strong client relationships and the ongoing development of client references and client loyalty
Lead clients to the right solutions for them and our company
Ability to communicate with various levels throughout the client s organization

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
5+ years of client success, client advocate/advisor, or software account management
5+ years managing long-term client relationships
5+ years of renewing and growing existing accounts
Technical understanding and ability to learn new software products
Capable of working in a metrics driven organization
Expertise in managing client data within a CRM (client relationship management)
Experience working with software sales departments
Top notch presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership or management experience
Strong negotiation skills
A coachable and adaptable personality
High energy, drive, maturity and a passion for success
Strong organizational skills
Excellent collaboration and proven ability to work as a team player
Kaufman Hall product knowledge preferred
Experience working in a subscription-based SaaS organization preferred

Education:
Bachelor s degree required
