RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Mortgage Customer Retention Specialist in San Diego, CA. Key Tasks:
  • Providing Admin support to Originators
  • Inbound/outbound calls to targeted leads with the goal of setting up appointments
  • Build and manage database of potential contacts
  • Serve as a liaison between customers looking for purchase or refi information and/or already working with a loan officer; Tracking information in Salesforce
  • Schedule follow up reminders for calls in database
  • Memorize call scripts
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments
  • Reach out to customers on birthdays, establishing rapport


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent along with 1 year+ experience in a Mortgage lending related role
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), PDF software programs, Salesforce
