Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Deborah Racicot's team is seeking dedicated and passionate PASTRY COOKS to join them at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

Ideal Candidates:
*Have excellent baking skills.
*Have experience on dessert stations in the kitchen.
*Are passionate about hospitality, pastry and baking.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Are able to prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Support their fellow cooks.
