* Master's Degree (or equivalent) and membership of a related professional body * At least 10 years' experience of working in the core infrastructure sectors - Water, Energy or Transport providing asset management expertise. * Experience of working within and implementing PAS 55, ISO 55000, and related standards * Project management training/certificate/experience with standard methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, etc.) * Knowledge of asset management policy, performance and strategy, * Experience of asset life cycle management principle. * CAPEX, OPEX and whole-life costing principles. * Strong familiarity with risk-based methods of investment planning * Risk-based criticality assessment experience. * Good technical and working knowledge of a range of software platforms, databases and tools. * Knowledge and practical experience of computerized maintenance management systems and asset management tools * Experience of developing asset management strategies /?capabilities * Willingness to undertake assignments across the North America

We are looking for a senior advisor in enterprise asset management to strengthen our Advisory team in the North American Water, Transport, Energy and Build Environment Sectors. The candidates will fulfil the role of technical advisor and project manager to lead asset management services for infrastructure owners in respect to asset assessment, facilities management, performance improvement and asset operations solutions across the complete asset life cycle from project conception, to construction and operational monitoring. The candidates will also deliver new project opportunities with current and prospective customers and assist in the development of new specialist services.
Typical duties and responsibilities may include:
* Leading on asset management services in respect to infrastructure facilities management, strategic planning and asset operations solutions * Asset management capability audits using ISO 55000, IMMM and IAM principles * Asset management benchmarking studies * Development of asset management systems and improvement strategies * Analysis of performance and cost information for efficiency assessment * Development of asset management tools and processes to add value to client operations * Use of risk-based methods to assess investment needs * Regulatory assurance activities (e.g. auditing of annual performance submissions and business plans) * Create and develop client relationships to provide good prospects and repeat business * Preparation of Expression of interest (EOI's), Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ's) and tender proposals
