Schaller's Stube Sausage Bar, on the premises of the famous Yorkville butcher shop Schaller & Weber, is a high concept sausage bar that serves Berlin style street food with a New York sensibility.
Applicant should be responsible, organized, above all else, friendly and comfortable communicating with customers. Applicant will be required to function in all aspects of the business; Cooking, prep, cleaning, service, catering fulfillment, cash drawer procedures, inventory and opening/closing operations.
- Qualified candidates should have 1-year experience working in a Restaurant, Food Stand or fast casual environment.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Familiarity of German/Austrian cuisine is a plus
- Food handler's certification is a plus
