Cross?sellproducts to provide multi?services for Customers and make referrals and appointments to partners.Ensures customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary.Contributes to the achievement of Store business objectives by meeting or exceeding individual sales & referral goals.Assists in creating a positive work environment for themselves and for other employees, by being actively involved in thecoaching and development process.Meets professional/personal development objectives by utilizing learning maps and external courses as required.Engages in and complete all internal training requirements for your role.Ensures the integrity of the operation through Store Self Audit and adherence to Store Operational Standards.Community involvement in local area to execute on TD Bank's Community Involvement modelJob DescriptionThe Customer Solutions Associate provides Legendary Customer Service while offering financial advice and selling TDBank products and services to new and existing Customers. Looks for every opportunity to deepen Customerrelationships by asking probing questions and offering appropriate additional products and services. Engages Customersin using ATM, mobile and other self?service options to promote TD's convenience. Responsible to have knowledge of thewide variety of products and services, including loan and mortgage products. Responsible for handling accountmanagement and Customer inquiries, and referring Customers to off?site specialists to meet Customer needs that arenot offered on site. This role will contribute to the growth of the business by developing and deepening the new andexisting Customer relationships and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific, individual and team basedbusiness goals. Will be responsible for fast paced on your feet selling to a transient customer base in an extremely busymarket. This is a unique to market store, which will be the first of its kind in the New York City market.Employee must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.2?4 Years of demonstrated related experienceMaintain active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) as well as valid NotaryLicense.A satisfactory criminal background check, a credit report, and a review of information from the National Mortgage LicensingSystem and Registry (NMLSR) regarding any administrative, civil, or criminal findings by any government agency are required byfederal law for this position (Regulation Z, 12 CFR Part 1026).Ability to provide community services, including, but not limited to, WOW!
