Chef Masa s newest NYC restaurant, Tetsu, seeks a talentedPM line cook to join our team.
Tetsu, located in Tribeca, is the latest addition to Chef Masa s group of restaurants. Tetsu is focused on showcasing Japanese cooking techniques, locally grown ingredients, locally distilled liquors and inventive cocktails.
We seek cooks who are driven, who thrive in a fast-paced enviornment, and who are passionate about food. Cleanliness, high end/elevated cuisines are all +s! The ability to multi-task and a friendly upbeat personality are all important.

A little about Tetsu:
Tetsu is the 4th of Chef Masa s restaurants in Manhattan, joining the acclaimed Masa, Bar Masa, and the Upper East Side gem Kappo Masa.
On the ground floor, a casual dining space with open kitchens and long counters, guests will select from an inventive a la carte menu that reflects the comfort food of Chef Masa s Japanese and NYC homes. Downstairs, the Raw Bar will serve a seafood menu that changes daily.
